Rosseau Acres is a sustainable and attainable housing initiative in Picton, Prince Edward County, Ontario, developed by TriCanadian Energy.

An approximate 115 acre property on Rosseau Road, is being divided into 64 lots, allowing for attainable housing and will be outfitted with renewable energy resources. This out-of-the-box housing model allows the homeowner to affordably and comfortably live on their own land, while reducing their monthly living and operating costs.

TriCanadian Energy has a vision for promoting net metering and growing the Prince Edward County community. With the Province's support, this plan allows residents of the proposed community to have a reduction in both hydro and heating bills, by sharing power generated from sustainable solar field/alternative energy projects, therefore providing electricity and heat which we know, is a great way to promote sustainability.
